dead salmon hats?

Otis wants to wear a salmon hat, too! "Dead salmon hats" worn by orcas It's something that orcas do, and of course orcas can do whatever they want, because who/what is going to tell them otherwise?  I saw the story at the CBC : In what may seem like a call-back to 1980s whale culture, a resident orca off the coast of Washington state was recently spotted sporting a dead salmon on its head.  The phenomenon was first documented in 1987 when whales from three separate pods were seen wearing salmon on their heads, like a human wears a hat . But scientists never understood why, and experts are still scratching their heads as they contemplate the most recent incident, documented in October.  The director of the University of British Columbia's Marine Mammal Research Unit, Andrew Trites, said there's no obvious reason for the behaviour . HAARP, NASTY WEATHER, ASTEROIDS, AND HIGH OCTANE

HAARP array can use ELF and VLF wavelengths to probe and see under the surface of asteroids? I wonder if they can use it for Mars as well?

fyi:

HAARP was the first of these (that we know about), and certainly one of the most powerful antennae arrays, with an effective radiated power in the gigawatt range.  Unfortunately for Dr. Nick Begich's detractors, he and Manning were careful to document their HAARP weather manipulation claims by citing the actual patents of Dr. Bernard Eastland, the physicist whose ARCO patents form the basis of the HAARP ionospheric heater project.  In the original patents, weather modification is mentioned as a probable use of the technology, along with communications, communications disruption, strategic missile defense, and - yes - radar tomography.
