Santa Barbara Hot Dogs?  READ THIS   GET THIS: LUCKY DOGS! Sunday’s event featured a “cuddle zone” area for attendees to hang out and pet dogs under a canopy, an art station for dogs to paint with their noses, dog portraits by Los Angeles-based artist Jules Sopkin and several summer-themed vignettes for photographs.
